The polypropylene (PP) granulate ‘P-pellets 310’ offers low warpage and shrinkage combined with extremely high layer adhesion and can be printed with almost all common granulate-processing 3D printers. The ‘P-pellets 310’ and the prints produced with it are very break-resistant, have very good mechanical properties, high chemical and temperature stability, as well as low frictional resistance. Due to its low density, it is excellently suited for lightweight construction. Applications ranging from technical and medical components to individualized decorative and art articles and toys can be realized. The food-safe properties of the PP starting material used open up additional application possibilities.<\/p>\n

Pretreatment of the PP granulate ‘P-pellets 310’:<\/h4>\n

The ‘P-pellets 310’ do not need to be dried before 3D printing and can be used without pretreatment.<\/p>\n

Recommended printing parameters:<\/strong>
\n‘P-surface 141’ as pressure pad for high-quality results mandatory
\nExtruder temperature: 200 – 220 \u00b0C
\nPrinting bed surface temperature: 20 \u00b0C (50 – 70 \u00b0C during the first layer, 100 – 110 \u00b0C for non-destructive removal after completion)
\nInstallation room temperature: not necessary<\/p>\n

Storage instructions:
\n<\/strong>To guarantee constant printing performance, the ‘P-pellets 310’ should be used and consumed as soon as possible after opening. It is best to store opened material at a temperature of 15 – 25\u00b0C and in a plastic bag or box to prevent dust contamination.<\/p>\n

\nIf a customer complains within the warranty period that the product is defective, but after a corresponding examination by PPprint GmbH it turns out that a product is not defective, PPprint GmbH reserves the right, at its own discretion, to charge the customer for the costs incurred by PPprint GmbH for work and expenses in connection with these examinations.
