Important<\/strong>: The automatic printer bed leveling does not work with P-surface 141 as printing surface!
It only works if the side with the glued-on P-surface 141 is turned down for autoleveling (back of printing plate faces up during autoleveling process). The \u2018PPprint Printing-Kit for Prusa CORE One\u2019 was specifically tailored to the Prusa CORE One and includes everything you need for successful and reliable extrusion-based 3D printing with the polypropylen-filament <\/a>\u2018P-filament 721\u2018<\/strong>. The included printing surface \u2018P-surface 141\u2019 guarantees optimized adhesion of the PP component during 3D printing and allows easy and non-destructive removal of the components after completion. The double-sided adhesive film \u2018P-adhesive 220\u2019 is used to fix the \u2018P-surface 141\u2019 in the 3D printer. The hand roller \u2018P-roller 621\u2019 makes it easier to apply the print run. In addition, \u2018P-wipe 515\u2019 and \u2018P-cleaner 308\u2019 can be used to advantage for cleaning and maintaining the \u2018P-surface 141\u2019 and thus have a positive effect on the service life of the \u2018P-surface 141\u2019. <\/p>

Instructions for applying the ‘P-surface 141’<\/b> <\/a><\/p>

Cleaning and maintenance of the ‘P-surface 141<\/strong>‘: Before first use, wash out the ‘P-wipe 515’ thoroughly with lukewarm water. Shake \u2018P-cleaner 308\u2019 thoroughly before use. To clean the \u2018P-surface 141\u2019, apply enough \u2018P-cleaner 308\u2019 so that the entire surface is evenly covered with a paper towel after spreading. After a short soaking time of approx. 1 minute, the \u2018P-cleaner 308\u2019 can be completely removed with the paper towel. Finally, the ‘P-surface 141’ should be wiped off with the moistened ‘P-wipe 515’. After use, wash out the ‘P-wipe 515’ in clear water, wring out carefully and then pull into shape. Do not dry the ‘P-wipe 515’ in the sun or on radiators.<\/p>
