The P-activator 208 and P-cleaner 308 are used for cleaning and maintenance of P-surface 141. P-surface cleaner 308 is biodegradable.<\/p>\n

Instructions for use:<\/strong> Shake <\/span>\u2018Bio P-activator 208\u2019 and <\/span>\u2018Bio P-cleaner 308\u2019 thoroughly before use. <\/span>To activate \u2018P-surface 141\u2019, apply enough \u2018Bio P-activator 208\u2019 to evenly cover the entire surface after spreading with a paper towel (about 2 ml). After a short exposure time (approx. 10 seconds), the \u2018Bio P-activator 208\u2019 should be massaged into the surface using a paper or cloth, pressing firmly. Rub firmly until a black abrasion is visible on the paper or cloth. Slightly higher temperatures of 70-80\u00b0C make it easier to rub. To do this, heat the print bed to 70\u201380\u00b0C, then begin applying \u2018Bio P-activator 208\u2019 to activate and clean \u2018P-surface 141\u2019. If present, wipe away any oily residue with a dry cloth.<\/span><\/p>\n

Finally, the remaining oily residue, if present, should be removed with \u2018Bio P-cleaner 308\u2019. Cleaning with \u2018Bio P-cleaner 308\u2019 also slightly reduces the adhesion of P-surface and could therefore be performed if the adhesion is too strong. However, the cleaning using <\/span>\u2018Bio P-cleaner 308\u2019<\/span> can also be omitted. To clean the \u2018P-surface 141\u2019, apply enough \u2018Bio P-cleaner 308\u2019 to evenly cover the entire surface after spreading with a paper towel (2-5 ml). The \u2018Bio P-cleaner 308\u2019 can then be completely removed with a paper towel. <\/span>If \u2018P-surface 141\u2019 has been cleaned with \u2018Bio P-cleaner 308\u2019 or if fuzz or other contaminants are still present on \u2018P-surface 141\u2019, \u2018P-surface 141\u2019 should be wiped down finally with a moistened \u2018P-wipe 515\u2019 (use only water without soap to ensure no soap residue remains).<\/span> After use, rinse the \u2018P-wipe 515\u2019 in clear water, wring it out carefully and then pull it into shape. Do not dry the \u2018P-wipe 515\u2019 in the sun or on radiators<\/span>.<\/p>\n

Security alert <\/strong>\u2018P-cleaner 308<\/strong>\u2018:<\/strong><\/p>\n

May cause burns if swallowed and enters the airways. It may cause skin irritation and eye irritation. Keep out of the reach of children. Wear protective gloves\/eye protection. IF SWALLOWED: Call a POISON CENTER\/doctor\/first aid if you feel unwell. IF ON SKIN: Wash with plenty of water\/soap. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove any contact lenses if possible. Continue rinsing. If eye irritation persists, seek medical advice\/attention. Dispose of contents\/containers in accordance with local regulations. Contains: Ethanol, alkyl glycosides (C8-C10), N,N-dimethyl-9-decenamide.<\/p>\n

To our knowledge, this product poses no particular risk provided it is handled in accordance with good industrial hygiene and safety practice for the cleaning and maintenance of \u2018P-surface 141\u2019.<\/p>\n
