Das PPprint Test-Kit bietet die Möglichkeit unsere Produkte und den extrusionsbasierten 3D Druck mit Polypropylen zu erproben. The Test-Kit provides easy handling and reliable extrusion-based 3D printing with PP-filaments. The included print surface guarantees optimized adhesion during printing and allows easy and non-destructive removal of printed parts. The PP material used for filament production is food safe and optimized for reduced geometric deformation It allows 3D printing of light, but at the same time very robust and stable objects and components. We recommend to start 3D printing with a printing bed temperature of 80°C for the first layer and to let it cool down to room temperature afterwards. This is because at low temperatures the adhesion of the printed object to ‘P-surface 141’ becomes even stronger. After completion of the print, it is best to heat the printing bed to 100-110°C, wait about 20 minutes for the temperature to reach the print object, and then remove the print object by slightly tilting and lifting it.
The ‘PPprint Test-Kit’ consists of a filament sample of the ‘P-filament 721 natural’ with a filament diameter of 1.75 mm or 2.85 mm and the specially developed print bed pad ‘P-surface 141’ . This special printing bed support for extrusion-based 3D printing is patent pending. The double-sided adhesive film ‘P-adhesive 220’ is used to fix the ‘P-surface 141’ in the printer.
