Applying the ‘P-surface 141’ is even easier with the help of the glass plate for the Raise3D. As the ‘P-surface 141’ adheres excellently to glass plates, the glass plate for the Raise3D provides excellent conditions for successful 3D printing with PP.
Note for Raise 3D Pro3:
The original printer bed of the Raise3D Pro3 is larger than the ordered glass plate and cannot be fixed via the squeeze screws. The ordered glass plate must be glued to the flexible buildtak plate or directly to the printer platform. For this purpose, it is best to order P-adhesive 220 in the size 331 x 341 mm as well.
Note for Raise 3D E2:
The original Raise3D E2 printer bed is slightly larger than the ordered glass plate and the glass plate will not adhere to the printer platform or print bed support on its own. The ordered glass plate must be glued to the flexible buildtak plate or directly to the printer platform. For this purpose, , it is best to order P-adhesive 220 in the size 331 x 341 mm as well.
When heated (at 110°C), the glass plate and P-adhesive 220 can be carefully removed at any time!
